  • Create detailed prep lists for kitchen staff and coordinate catering preparations in advance of events.
  • Develop staff schedules to enhance productivity while minimizing overtime costs.
  • Assist in food preparation for both catering and café services to support team efforts.
  • Draft descriptions for new menu items and maintain clear communication with front-of-house staff regarding menu updates.
  • Actively participate in daily kitchen operations, contributing to food preparation and service.
