About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Pricing and Reference Data team in the Americas. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the fixed income sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication, seminars, and conferences
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and develop new products and services that meet client needs
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and marketing materials to promote our services
  • Engage in thought leadership through industry publications and blog posts
  • Work closely with sales teams to commercialize new products and services
  • Respond to requests for proposals and perform competitor analysis
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point person for allocated products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or finance
  • 3-4 years of experience in fixed income markets
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage complex relationships
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,379.00 to $176,000.00, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus and additional benefits.
