The Fleet Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring that transportation vehicles are maintained in a clean and safe condition, ready to serve passengers. This position involves overseeing a team of cleaning personnel, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and adaptability to various situations to uphold superior cleaning standards and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the cleaning team performs their tasks efficiently, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of bus interiors and exteriors.

Administrative Duties:

  • Accurately input bus cleaning data into the designated software on a daily basis.
  • Implement quality control measures by sharing images and real-time updates through the communication platform.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the lead Supervisor.
  • Adapt to new tasks as necessary to support organizational needs.
Qualifications & Skills

Effective Communication:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and convey directives to staff in a professional and timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

  • Proficient in managing tasks, schedules, and records efficiently.

Customer Service:

  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in English, with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish or another relevant language) are advantageous.

Background Check:

  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, including drug screening and physical examination, to meet company standards.
Job Requirements
