Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Vehicle Upkeep: Ensure that the cleaning team executes their tasks efficiently, maintaining both the interiors and exteriors of the vehicles to meet safety and passenger readiness standards.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Accurately log cleaning data into our management software on a daily basis.
  • Implement quality control measures by providing visual updates and real-time communication through our designated platforms.

Additional Duties:

  • Take on other responsibilities as directed by the supervising authority.
  • Be flexible and ready to embrace new tasks to support the organization's needs.
Qualifications & Skills

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and convey instructions to team members in a clear and professional manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

Organizational Abilities:

  • Proficient in managing tasks, schedules, and documentation effectively.

Customer Service Orientation:

  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills (such as Spanish) being advantageous.

Background Verification:

  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including drug testing and physical assessments, is mandatory to comply with company standards.
Job Requirements
