Medical Support Specialist

Adecco Healthcare is seeking a skilled Paramedic/EMT-P to join our team as a Medical Support Specialist in Vancouver, WA.
Job SummaryThis is a direct-hire, full-time or part-time, and permanent opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $29.00 to $31.00.
Responsibilities- Assess donor eligibility, including managing informed consent, providing education on blood donation, and conducting medical history interviews.
- Evaluate donor reactions at the facility and adhere to standard operating procedures for medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs team to provide guidance on medical or technical issues.
- Champion vaccination programs for employees and master the art of incident management.
- Potentially serve as a Pandemic Coordinator and support investigations associated with pandemic threats.
- WA Paramedic/EMT-P license (or in process of obtaining it)
- BLS certification
- Preferred qualifications: plasma knowledge, venipuncture skills, and bilingual abilities
