Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store General Manager to lead our team at Advance Auto Parts. As a Store General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates and managers to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with district and regional teams to share best practices and drive business growth

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales results
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
