Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail Systems Management: Spearhead IT projects both internally and with external collaborators, ensuring effective execution and ongoing support.
  • Oversee retail integration initiatives, manage project workflows, and facilitate change management processes.
  • Identify potential project risks proactively, monitor operational procedures, and ensure compliance with established protocols.
  • Act as the main liaison for customer interactions before and after product rollouts, creating optimal workflow practices.
  • Investigate emerging retail technology solutions and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Retail Support Services: Deliver daily assistance to retail locations, address IT support requests, and aid in the launch of new stores and system integrations.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to guarantee prompt inventory processing for financial reconciliation.
  • Partner with finance and key stakeholders to develop operational reports and analyses, troubleshoot transaction systems, and lead the gathering of business requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Retail Operations Management role
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service principles
  • Familiarity with SAP integrations is advantageous
  • Willingness to work weekends to support retail teams
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication abilities and data interpretation skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and retail software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
