Position Overview

Pond & Company is in search of a Senior Project Leader to enhance our dynamic Water Resources division. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in executing Water Resources engineering projects, along with a minimum of 5 years in project leadership roles. We value individuals who are eager to innovate, collaborate, and expand their professional horizons. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory, coupled with hands-on experience in Water Resources design and modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management tasks including scoping, budgeting, and proposal development.
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, monitor budget and schedule compliance.
  • Set design strategies and guide design teams through project phases.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and resolve project-related issues.
  • Oversee deliverable submissions and manage project closeout processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Water Resources engineering project delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an A/E/C consulting framework.
  • PE licensure is essential; PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, positive demeanor, and self-motivation to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
