About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead / Field Supervisor to join our team at Emerald Blue Work / Space Services. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of furniture installation projects, meeting customer expectations, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage installation teams to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Resolve conflicts and develop solutions to ensure project success.
  • Enforce proper installation and handling techniques to ensure high-quality results.
  • Direct installation teams to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct quality inspections and address corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document scope changes and project status daily to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support company initiatives and provide training on new products and procedures to team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Train and develop installation professionals through on-site supervision and coaching.
  • Assign tasks and provide coaching to maintain support functions and ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Communicate daily work plans and provide performance feedback to team members.
  • Maintain a cohesive work environment and document employee behavior to ensure a positive and productive team culture.
  • Assist in estimating labor requirements and controlling expenses to ensure project profitability.
Employee/Customer Relations
  • Provide effective communication and service to customers, projecting a positive image of the company.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Accept and respond positively to feedback from superiors to demonstrate a commitment to growth and improvement.
