About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Field Supervisor to join our team at Emerald Blue Work / Space Services. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial furniture in a variety of settings, including healthcare, hospitality, sports, education, and offices across the US and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of furniture installation projects, meeting customer expectations and delivering high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, installation teams, and company management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Resolve conflicts and develop solutions to ensure project success, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Enforce proper installation and handling techniques, ensuring that all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Direct installation teams to complete projects effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct quality inspections and address corrective actions to ensure that all installations meet company standards.
  • Document scope changes and project status daily, providing regular updates to customers and company management.
  • Support company initiatives and provide training on new products and procedures, ensuring that installation teams are up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Train and develop installation professionals through on-site supervision, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Assign tasks and provide coaching to maintain support functions, ensuring that installation teams are equipped to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Communicate daily work plans and provide performance feedback, helping installation teams to stay on track and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain a cohesive work environment, documenting employee behavior and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in estimating labor requirements and controlling expenses, ensuring that installation projects are completed on time and within budget.
