Your Role:
The Paid Social Media Manager will oversee the setup and successful execution of paid social media campaigns, along with ongoing strategy optimizations. Our paid initiatives range from national campaigns to localized events that require innovative promotional strategies. Key responsibilities include audience research, geo-targeting, campaign configuration, implementation, monitoring, real-time updates, and comprehensive campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily and event-specific paid social media efforts, including campaign planning, budgeting, setup, creative development, monitoring, reporting, and optimization across various social media platforms for our brand and mascot channels.
- Assist local teams nationwide with targeted and boosted event pages and posts, providing strategic support.
- Handle multiple campaigns and projects concurrently.
- Innovate and propose creative enhancements to campaign performance by utilizing new features and updates.
- Provide real-time updates on paid campaigns and generate detailed reports.
- Monitor daily social media trends to identify content and partnership opportunities, particularly on TikTok.
- Engage in monthly brainstorming sessions for social media strategies.
- Conduct research on potential partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:
Requirements for Success:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns with a proven track record of measurable results.
- Ability to stay informed about the latest trends, tools, best practices, and technologies in paid social and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns, focusing on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and X.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing ad campaigns on these platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
