We're on a mission to elevate our brand's active social presence to the next level. As a Social Creative Director, you'll play a key role in creating social content that makes people stop scrolling and start engaging.

Your Role

As a Social Creative Director, you'll work collaboratively with our in-house team and external partners to develop and execute social content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. You'll be responsible for ideating and executing social content, managing a team of creatives, and mentoring them to challenge themselves and expand their social ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify insights, trends, and opportunities to elevate social content
  • Collaborate with the Social, Brand, and Creative teams on social content pillars to ensure focus, alignment, and direction throughout the year
  • Contribute to monthly content calendars across all brand channels (brand, owner, and mascot) and social platforms, responsible for the development of content from ideation to execution
  • Lead the creative ideation, content capture, and editing of brand activations to keep the brand at the center of pop culture
  • Conceptualize and create big ideas to generate viral moments
  • Work collaboratively with the Social team and Creative Directors to ensure a strong connection between campaigns and social work
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and regular check-ins with team members to ensure their development, support, and well-being
  • Provide active mentorship and supports the development of the Social Creative team
Requirements for Success
  • 8+ years of experience in a social content role within an agency environment
  • Hands-on experience from concepting to production, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution
  • Compelling online portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design execution
  • A deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats
  • Experience taking a moment in culture and reacting quickly to create a social activation
  • Experience concepting and executing large scale earned social media stunts, platforms, and campaigns
  • Experience managing a team
  • Extreme attention to detail, understanding of design principles, and the creative process
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to respond professionally to creative direction and constructive feedback
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required
