At Public Storage, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand management and marketing efforts. As Vice President of Marketing and Brand, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, manage relationships with external agencies, and drive impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that drives market growth and brand differentiation.
  • Oversee the full scope of corporate image and communications, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and implement strategies to improve brand perception and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor the social media team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, campaign execution, and customer experience with established recognizable brands.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing external agencies and driving high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
