Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications Strategist

The Vice President, Marketing and Communications will be a key member of Ocean's senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for developing and implementing the organization's comprehensive marketing, advertising, communications, and community relations strategies.
This individual will work closely with other senior leaders to create and execute marketing plans that support the company's strategic initiatives and performance goals, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale marketing initiatives, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support the organization's growth objectives and enhance the company's brand reputation.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business results and support the organization's mission.
- Manage and optimize the organization's marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing and/or communications leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities, with experience in marketing and communications within the sector.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business results.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
