Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Sales Executive to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful media sales and revenue generation, with a strong knowledge of the Dallas market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Dallas market
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients to generate new leads and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in advertising agencies, brands, and businesses
  • Sell a variety of media solutions
  • Develop customized strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results
  • Present and negotiate sales proposals and contracts with clients
  • Successfully close deals, including large contracts of at least $100k, demonstrating a strong ability to handle high-value clients
  • Monitor performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in media or sponsorship sales
  • Proven track record of successful media sales and revenue generation
  • Strong knowledge of the Dallas market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, or related field
  • Ability to work onsite at our clients office in the Dallas area

Benefits:

  • Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
