Media Sales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Sales Executive to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful media sales and revenue generation, with a strong knowledge of the Dallas market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Dallas market
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients to generate new leads and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in advertising agencies, brands, and businesses
- Sell a variety of media solutions
- Develop customized strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results
- Present and negotiate sales proposals and contracts with clients
- Successfully close deals, including large contracts of at least $100k, demonstrating a strong ability to handle high-value clients
- Monitor performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in media or sponsorship sales
- Proven track record of successful media sales and revenue generation
- Strong knowledge of the Dallas market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, or related field
- Ability to work onsite at our clients office in the Dallas area
Benefits:

- Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
