About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Creative Director to elevate our brand's active social presence to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating social content that makes people stop scrolling and start engaging.

You will work collaboratively with our in-house team and external partners to develop and execute social content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Your mission will be to identify insights, trends, and opportunities to elevate our social content and make it more impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Social, Brand, and Creative teams on social content pillars to ensure focus, alignment, and direction throughout the year
  • Contribute to monthly content calendars across all brand channels (brand, owner, and mascot) and social platforms, responsible for the development of content from ideation to execution
  • Lead the creative ideation, content capture, and editing of brand activations to keep the brand at the center of pop culture
  • Work collaboratively with the Social team and Creative Directors to ensure a strong connection between campaigns and social work
  • Provide active mentorship and supports the development of the Social Creative team

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a social content role within an agency environment
  • Compelling online portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design execution
  • A deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats
  • Experience taking a moment in culture and reacting quickly to create a social activation
  • Experience concepting and executing large scale earned social media stunts, platforms, and campaigns
  • Extreme attention to detail, understanding of design principles, and the creative process
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to respond professionally to creative direction and constructive feedback
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro)
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required
