We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Internal IT Team at Concurrency. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Responsibilities- Provide tier 1-2 support to end-users, resolving routine issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the creation of new user accounts, set-up of new equipment, and documentation of incidents and internal processes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure seamless support.
- Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Assist users in obtaining access to systems, review and evaluate new computer hardware and software products, and assist in the tracking of hardware and software inventory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Understanding of Microsoft Products, including Office365 and Active Directory.
- Any technical certifications, such as A+ or Microsoft Certifications.
- Exposure to Active Directory and networking.
