Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Compensation to join our People Team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that support our business objectives and ensure we remain competitive in the market.
  • Design and administer salary structures, bonus plans, and other forms of compensation to ensure they are fair, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation programs are integrated with other HR initiatives and business strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on compensation-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing compensation trends, laws, and regulations, and ensure our compensation programs comply with all relevant requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on senior-level roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation programs that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the food industry and the competitive landscape.
