About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market pricing analyses to ensure employee pay and benefits are competitive and aligned with external market standards.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to evaluate compensation and offers for open roles.
  • Assist with project management of salary review processes across all departments.
  • Review and propose job measurement mechanisms to underpin our reward infrastructure.
  • Manage vendor relationships with Total Rewards external consultants, partners, and brokers.
  • Communicate and educate the HR team on reward strategy, principles, and implementation challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with market best practices and trends through surveys, internet research, and industry forums.
  • Develop and improve links between performance and reward, including bonus programs and pay.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to design and implement new policies and initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Enhance Workday Compensation and Benefit Module functionality with the HCM Specialist and Tech team.
  • Assist in the development of Workforce Analytics reporting with key HR team members.
  • Manage Total Rewards projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits functions
  • Required Skills:
    • Experience supporting compensation and benefits for an organization
    • Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to maintain confidential material
    • Superior organization, project management skills, and attention to detail
    • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance
    • Effective communication skills-both verbal and written
    • Proficient in computer software, including Word and Excel, and experience with benefit enrollment sites
    • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • High sense of urgency with an ability to meet deadlines
    • Experience with HCM or Comp systems
  • Desired Skills:
    • Spanish speaking
    • CEBS or CCP/World at Work certification or equivalency
