The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Compensation Manager to lead our global compensation strategy. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs, with a focus on Israel and the US markets.

You'll serve as the single point of contact for all compensation matters, including board and compensation committee-related activities. Your extensive compensation experience, advanced data-driven mindset, and business acumen will be invaluable in elevating our compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs aligned with Riskified's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and consistency.
  3. Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis globally.
  4. Develop and maintain salary ranges, pay grades, structures, and guidelines.
  5. Lead equity compensation programs, including RSUs.
  6. Partner with Recruiting and HR to maintain and build job libraries, job levels, and career planning and analysis.
  7. Conduct workforce planning for global sites to support strategic decision-making.
  8. Prepare regular reports on compensation-related trends, costs, and utilization.
  9. Prepare materials and presentations for board and compensation committee meetings.
Requirements
  • 6-9+ years of experience in compensation, ideally in tech.
  • Global and public company experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of US compensation laws and regulations, including reporting requirements for publicly traded companies.
  • Proven experience working with compensation surveys.
  • Strong experience with equity programs and board/compensation committee activities.
  • Strong business, data analysis, and financial literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior executives and board members.
  • Proficiency in managing compensation in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors, preferred).
What We Offer

Base salary range: $130,000-$150,000. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location.

All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
