Job Description:
At HARDESTY & HANOVER, we're looking for a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, including reconciliation, setup, and processing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Reconciling year-to-date employees' gross pay to General Ledger Balances
  • Maintaining and setting up employee tax deductions
  • Attending to payroll inquiries from employees
  • Processing payroll through ADP platform
  • Assisting in general ledger preparation
  • Supporting audits as needed


You'll work closely with our finance team to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with regulations. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Key Skills:
We're looking for someone with a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with accounting software. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
