Job Summary:
Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll administration, data validation, and compliance. Proficiency in HR and Payroll systems, such as Ceridian Dayforce, is essential.

About the Role:
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, from data entry to report preparation. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll transactions, including reviewing time data and auditing payroll registers.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee information, including pay rates, deductions, and timesheets.
- Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and providing timely solutions.
- Preparing and filing payroll-related reports, as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (desired).
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll or a related field, preferably in an HR/Payroll environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/Payroll systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
