Job Title: Fund Administration Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Administration Business Analyst to join our team at Atominvest Software. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering our software solutions to enterprise clients, driving advocacy, and identifying expansion opportunities across our client base.

Atominvest was founded to revolutionize the world of alternative investment technology by providing cutting-edge software to fund managers, investors, and intermediaries across private equity, credit, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business of our enterprise customers, working closely with them and other key stakeholders to deliver their strategic objectives.
  • Understand clients' technology, operational infrastructure, fund structure, and business vision.
  • Drive strategic communication with clients and manage operational deliverables.
  • Review risk logs and coordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary.
  • Lead training sessions, technical discussions about APIs and integrations, and facilitate business reviews with the client.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers on delivery and implementation of their Atominvest solution.
  • Manage the whole customer lifecycle efficiently from implementation to renewal, driving down time to value and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline; Accounting/Finance focus preferred.
  • Experience within fund administration and/or private markets preferred.
  • Proven interest in pursuing a career in the investments industry.
  • Experience in project management and working with enterprise corporate accounts.
  • Strong communicator with keen attention to detail.
  • An analytical thinker who thrives when coming up with solutions.
  • Exceptional MS Excel skills.
  • Passionate about providing best-in-class support to customers.
