Your Role as a Project Management Specialist

As a Project Management Specialist, you will tailor and implement solutions that align with client requirements.

In this role, you will:
  • Ensure clients fully comprehend the software's capabilities.
  • Execute configurations and technical integrations tailored to client specifications.
  • Guide clients through the initial usage phase.
  • Identify and articulate client needs.
  • Collaborate with various teams involved in project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of industry developments in your area of expertise.

  • Demonstrated technical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with internal operational processes.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the business travel and/or expense reporting sectors is advantageous.


Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is required, as you will be part of a diverse, international team.


Skills Development Opportunities

In this role, you will enhance your expertise in:
  • Project Management methodologies.
  • Integration of HR, ERP, and financial systems.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.
  • Approval workflows for travel and expenses.
  • Data transformation processes (ETL).
  • Data synchronization with third-party entities (Travel Agencies, Banks, Card providers, GDS, etc.).
  • Leading workshops during project phases.
  • Ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Safeguarding data during client transactions.
  • Managing service and feature requests from clients.
  • Conducting feasibility, cost, and timeline assessments.
  • Overseeing data integration and synchronization advancements.
  • Executing internal projects and web applications.
  • Facilitating batch integration for support teams.


Technology Stack:

Familiarity with tools such as Kettle, JavaScript, SQL, C#, and ASP.NET will be beneficial.

The annual salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role offers an annual Performance-Based Incentive, rewarding contributions based on company performance.
