Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of infrastructure projects, from initial planning and design to execution and completion.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to fulfill project requirements.
  • Evaluate and approve project designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.
  • Establish and uphold quality control measures to guarantee superior project outcomes.
  • Conduct evaluations post-project to identify improvements and lessons learned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects within the engineering sector.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) status is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with public works and utilities engineering projects.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Willingness to travel for project site assessments as necessary.
