About the Role

The Seattle Indian Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Grants Manager to oversee multiple grant-funded projects within the Grants and Contracts Department. This role is responsible for budget development, project management, program implementation, evaluation oversight, team coordination, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure effective use of resources
  • Coordinate project teams to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Manage reporting deadlines to ensure timely submission of grant reports
  • Evaluate program elements to ensure compliance with grant requirements
  • Build and maintain partnerships to enhance program quality and impact
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public health, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in grant management, with a strong understanding of grant writing and reporting
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working with diverse populations, with a strong understanding of Indigenous values and principles
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Strong project management and writing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective project plans
Working Environment

The Seattle Indian Health Board offers a hybrid work environment, with staff working four 10-hour shifts per week. This role is available to work standard hours from 7 am to 6 pm, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and remote work arrangements.
