Job Description:
We are in search of a meticulous Small Grants Coordinator to oversee and facilitate all phases of the grant management process. This position entails guiding the Small Grant application journey, maintaining comprehensive grant documentation, and ensuring effective communication with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management along with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Small Grants process from initial review to project execution
- Draft grant reports and liaise with partner organizations
- Enhance grant workflows utilizing Salesforce and SharePoint
- Assist with data entry, preparation, and management tasks
- Monitor proposals and application criteria to ensure grant success
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Capable of maintaining accuracy in a dynamic work environment
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
