- PBX Operations: Manage phone calls and messages, providing clear and concise information to guests and other departments.
- Mail and Message Service: Handle guest mail and messages, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up as needed.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of hotel systems and operations, ability to enter information accurately, and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
