**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our Kochi location.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee the culinary operations of our hotel, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise.
• Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with our hotel's management team to drive business growth and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
**Requirements**
• Diploma in Hotel Management or BSc Hotel Management or Diploma in Cookery.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Malyalam, and Tamil.
