Accounting Operations Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team at New England Cancer Specialists. This role will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, including reviewing reconciliations, preparing and reviewing journal entries, and analyzing monthly financials.
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Intacct experience is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with financial reporting, including reviewing reconciliations.
- Prepare and review journal entries.
- Analyze monthly financials.
- Review and approve payroll.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years accounting experience, healthcare industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Sage Intacct experience preferred
**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
