Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls from patients, guarantors, and other stakeholders
- Process payments using online modules or payment devices
- Verify accuracy of payments and apply them to relevant accounts
- Respond to patient correspondence and voicemails in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or call center environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/keyboarding skills required
- Strong knowledge of medical billing practices and revenue cycle processes
