Financial Operations Specialist

About the Position

We're seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you'll provide exceptional member service, process transactions, and assist with new account openings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a wide range of financial services, including transaction assistance, new account setup, and introductory loan processing.
  • Engage with members to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance their financial experiences.
  • Support the growth of our credit union by building strong relationships with members, evaluating new account requests, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to applicable policies and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the success of our team.
Working Conditions

This full-time position requires flexibility, with regular operating hours from Monday through Friday (8:30am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-3:00pm). We are closed on Sundays in all locations.

Physical Demands
  • Regularly stand for extended periods, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively.
  • Sometimes climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Salary and Benefits

$18.71-$19.21 per hour, with step progression leading to increased earnings potential.
