The role requires physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance, as well as the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods. You must also be able to understand and communicate information effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience working in an industrial setting with machinery is preferred.

In this demanding job, you will learn new ways of working with automation and new technology to get the job done efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair or assemble pallets using pneumatic nail guns
  • Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of saws
  • Lift pallets weighing 50-75 lbs and stand for long periods

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $22.00 per hour, which includes a shift differential of $2.00 per hour. This is a competitive rate for the industry, reflecting the importance of this role in our operation.
