Business Development Representative

At Total Quality Logistics, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. As an Account Representative for TQL, you will support and collaborate with our established team to drive revenue growth. You will undergo an accelerated training program to learn the industry and TQL's culture.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Daily Shipment Activities: Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
- Pricing and Rates Negotiation: Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates.
We offer a minimum salary of $45,000 with uncapped commission opportunities, providing average Year 2-3 earnings of $67,600 - $78,322. Additionally, you can enjoy health, dental, and vision coverage with plan options, as well as a 401(k) with company match.
