Job Overview

About the Role
This Wholesale Sales Representative position at BellaNiecele requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in sales, a strong understanding of MS Office, and familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Presenting and promoting products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs.
  3. Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships.
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  5. Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  6. Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  7. Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  8. Analyzing the territory/market's potential and tracking sales reports.
  9. Supplying management with reports on customer needs and interests.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.

What We Offer
BellaNiecele offers a competitive salary range of $32,131.00 - $129,506.00 per year, making this an attractive opportunity for sales professionals looking to advance their careers.
