You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with media agencies and clients directly to drive revenue growth through display advertising, audio formats, video formats, and content.

About the Role:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Spotify's presence in existing markets and beyond
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and clients to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital media and advertising
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets

What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in sales growth/emerging role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary Range: $93,213 - $133,162 plus equity. In addition to these benefits, you will receive health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. At Spotify, we strive to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
