About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative who has a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of our human capital management technology products and services, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission plan, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, sick leave, holiday and personal days, health insurance, 401(k) with matching, employee stock purchase program, paid family leave programs, and many other benefits.
