About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technician II Lead to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing radiology staff and departmental workflow, ensuring the highest quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise radiology staff, delegate assignments, and provide clear directions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Perform periodic quality reviews of diagnostic images, work with staff to improve technical skills, and collect and review data to maintain high standards.
  • Diagnostic Imaging: Obtain quality diagnostic images, ensuring accuracy and precision in patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography.
  • Licensure: Texas Medical Board licensure and American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.
  • Experience: 1 year of Radiology Technician experience.
