Compensation Range: $23/hr-$25/hr

Payment Schedule: Biweekly

Work Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

Employment Classification: Non-Exempt

The Property Operations Support Technician plays a vital role in enhancing the overall property management process by visiting various managed locations and executing field tasks. This position involves traveling between properties to carry out assigned responsibilities, which may include property assessments, inspections of vacant units, installation of lockboxes, and performing light cleaning duties (such as sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, or changing light bulbs). Attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and physical endurance are essential attributes for this role. The ability to prioritize tasks and excel in a dynamic environment is crucial, as interruptions and urgent situations frequently arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all tasks assigned for work orders in alignment with company policies and the vision of PURE Property Management.
  • Conduct various property evaluations, including new property assessments, move-out inspections, occupied unit checks, and vacant property assessments.
  • Assess and document property conditions, identifying necessary repairs.
  • Utilize computers and smartphone-based dispatching and email effectively.
  • Be available to assist the property management team with any field-related tasks.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and stairs, walking, bending, reaching, and performing other physical tasks as required.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other gatherings as directed by management.
  • Adhere to safety standards that comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay informed about state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
  • Wear a PURE Property Management-approved uniform and uphold a professional appearance.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid and active driver's license
  • Reliable transportation for daily work responsibilities
