PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our properties, maximizing occupancy levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Review and approve invoices, coordinate with property owners to provide necessary funds, and monitor delinquency status of monthly rents.
  • Communicate with maintenance team members, keep abreast of maintenance activities, and inform property owners as necessary.
  • Participate in application approval process, assist owners with questions/explanations concerning financial statements, and ensure lease files are complete.
  • Maintain records of management activity, physically inspect properties as needed, and ensure owner approval for maintenance or repairs.
  • Conduct market surveys, provide feedback on property pricing, shop competition, and be aware of neighborhood market conditions.
  • Show available properties to prospective tenants, negotiate lease terms, and facilitate lease renewal process.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License in WA
  • Valid real estate salesperson license in the state of WA
  • Single-Family Residential Property Management Experience
  • 2-3 years Residential Property Management Experience
