Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and ensuring the timely completion of capital improvement projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work for capital improvement projects
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of projects
  • Train and supervise maintenance personnel in the use of equipment and chemicals
  • Maintain grounds, work, and storage areas to ensure curb appeal and company standards
  • Ensure equipment is serviced regularly to maintain safe operations
  • Be on-call for emergencies and snow removal
  • Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in multifamily and/or hotel maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven experience in overseeing capital improvement projects in a multifamily setting
  • Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to assess and perform preventative maintenance and safety hazards
  • Experience in tracking and maintaining inventory and budgeting procedures
  • High school diploma or GED required
