Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our sushi and other Japanese/Asian cuisines to customers, while also overseeing the operations of an assigned region. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect the AFC brand by ensuring strict compliance with our system standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and franchisees.
  • Review and analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Manage and train a team of Assistant Regional Managers and field staff.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Represent the company in the field and maintain a professional image.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managing/supervising staff in a multi-unit environment.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management and multi-line, preferably in sushi bar/chef experience.
  • Franchise operations experience.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 80-90% of the time.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
