Front Desk Administrator

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator/Customer Service Representative in Tempe, AZ.
We offer a competitive salary of $18 - $20/hourly.
Job Description:
As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate personnel. You will also greet visitors professionally and determine the nature and purpose of their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors professionally and determine the nature and purpose of their visit.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and employees, providing accurate information.
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparing correspondences, memos, reports, and scheduling appointments.
- Process credit card payments from customers and field employees.
- Maintain daily filing of completed work orders, adhering to document retention and archiving guidelines.
Clerical Duties:
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Service Backup:
- Train as a backup to the Customer Service department, handling tasks such as:
- Order entry and database research.
- Scheduling appointments for customers using a shared calendar.
- Making outbound calls to past customers to schedule future work or confirm appointments.
Ideal Candidate:
- JOB STABILITY demonstrated on resume REQUIRED
- 2+ years of Receptionist/Office Admin experience REQUIRED
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience REQUIRED
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
