Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves providing administrative support to our staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event planning.
- Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
