About the Role: As an HR Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes and performing various administrative duties to support the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
  • Prepare job descriptions and interview questions.
  • Manage communication with candidates.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
