About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Administrative and Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at Human Capital Resources and Concepts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to support our HR functions and contribute to the growth of our organization.

As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings. You will also maintain a database of potential candidates, assist in preparing job descriptions and interview questions, and manage communication with candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and interview questions.
  • Manage communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
