Position Overview:
Remote Work Opportunity
Comprehensive Benefits and Collaborative Environment
Initial Training Pay: $16.15/hr; Regular Pay: $17.50/hr
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8 am and 6 pm (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break)

Role Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Benefits call center team, you will assist clients daily by managing incoming calls and providing insightful discussions regarding retirement and survivor benefits. You will handle a consistent flow of customer inquiries while efficiently navigating through various systems.

Our call center team thrives in a supportive environment. Your exceptional customer service and communication abilities will help us foster positive interactions for our clients. Reliability and punctuality are essential to our clients' success.

Qualifications:
We seek individuals who possess a genuine passion for customer service, natural empathy, and a commitment to delivering thorough resolutions. To excel in this position, you should have:
- Experience handling high-volume calls.
- Previous exposure to managing a caseload or working with retirement benefits.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to complete a mandatory paid training program.

Compensation and Benefits:
