Qualifications:

- Experience handling high-volume calls.
- Previous exposure to caseload management or retirement benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to complete a mandatory paid training program.

Compensation and Benefits:
