Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a representative of Gemaire, ensuring maximum sales performance.
  • Engage with internal and external sales teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Manage showroom displays and maintain product inventory.
  • Assist in resolving customer service issues for both dealers and end-users.
  • Complete the sales order process while promoting additional products.
  • Comply with all safety regulations pertinent to the role.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
This position holds the individual accountable for all other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Counter Sales role, ideally within the HVAC sector.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including sales acumen, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while achieving set goals and objectives.
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to learning and growing with the organization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven dedication to customer service and maintaining a safe workplace.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
  • Experience in a wholesale HVAC supply environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage.

This role involves:
