You will assist in all facets of sales and service operations, including managing paid services, organizing events, conducting classes, overseeing loyalty programs, handling cash transactions, and providing training to your team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating Sales and Service Operations: Ensure a remarkable shopping experience by supporting all sales and service operations.
  • Organizing Paid Services, Events, and Classes: Oversee the coordination of paid services, events, and educational classes.
  • Implementing Loyalty Programs: Assist in the execution of loyalty initiatives.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash transactions, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
  • Training Team Members: Provide education to team members on service offerings, customer interactions, and other essential areas.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous experience in retail sales and service, ideally in a coordinating capacity.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a retail environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
